Spacious Rooms, Convenient Access to Local Dining Options

Noisy environment due to poor soundproofing!!! The pool area was uncomfortably cold, making it hard to enjoy. Maintenance issues like seams ripping in the hallway carpet really need attention!!!

The breakfast spread had some good options and the hotel vibe felt safe and cozy. The courteous staff and clean property were just the cherry on top! Can't forget about those homemade rolls I stumbled upon nearby—what a find!

The breakfast was decent but they were out of juices and yogurts, leaving a bit to be desired. Scrambled eggs? Definitely not their strong suit.

Good Location but Needs Maintenance!

We stayed for a couple of nights, and while the location was super convenient for our plans, our room had some maintenance issues. The shower faucet broke, and even after reporting it, it was a hassle waiting for repairs. But on the upside, the room was comfy, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was simple, but the snack bar was a nice touch!

The hotel was pleasant, though the pool wasn’t heated as advertised, which was disappointing for the kids. The staff were accommodating, particularly Heather, who was very helpful. Overall, it was a good experience, and I plan to return, despite the minor hiccups with the swimming situation.

The room was clean which is what I value most and the breakfast had a lot of choices with good quality things like scrambled eggs and sausage gravy that filled me up in the morning and I could really appreciate that on a busy schedule

Had a great time with friends during our stay! We visited the Cincinnati Zoo and the Newport Aquarium, both were amazing. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a microwave and mini fridge. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff was super friendly. Highly recommend it!

The breakfast experience left much to be desired with processed options and lukewarm eggs. I noticed the pool area seemed a bit shabby, with dim lighting that made it hard to see the kids splashing about. The bathroom in my room wasn't the best, the tub had a noticeable rust stain, and the door appeared warped, likely from water damage. Plus, the TV choices were sparse with no clear channel guides, not great for family entertainment.
